Contract and price

Every project starts with a technical proposal and a written contract. Price and delivery time are fixed in the contract and stay fixed unless the scope changes.

Code ownership

After final payment the complete source code is handed to the client. Open-source tools and libraries remain under their own licenses.

Payment

Payment is staged: upfront at contract, a middle stage after design approval and the final settlement at delivery.

Support

The first three months after delivery include free technical support. Annual support can be renewed per the 1405 and 1406 tariffs. New feature development is not support.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, payment gateways, SMS and AI service usage are billed at real cost, separately from the tariff.
